    In this role, the Chief of Staff will report to the Leader of Manufacturing Strategy, Business Development & Alliances (MSBDA) for our Manufacturing Division and be a key member of the leadership team. MSBDA includes the following organizations: Manufacturing Strategy & Portfolio Management Office, Global Supply Business Development, Manufacturing Business Alliance Management, Manufacturing Shared Services, Manufacturing Leadership Development Program, and Network Strategy & Third-Party Sales.

    Position Description:

    • Set clear objectives and monitor performance of MSBDA while also coordinating and managing communications, key metrics, routine meetings, and other initiatives across the MSBDA organization.
    • Oversee the management and coordination of key MSBDA Senior Leader's activities such as: Leadership Team Meetings, Business Reviews, Town Halls, and other activities of similar scope.
    • Assist in developing presentation content and speaking points for internal meetings and external presentations and that presentations are aligned with the strategic direction and messages of the MSBDA organization, our Manufacturing Division , and the company.
    • Coordinate and facilitate leadership feedback POD sessions and as requested attend site visits and in-person meetings with the MSBDA leadership team and extended partners.
    • Facilitate team building within the leadership team to foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration to enable a highly effective and high-performing team.
    • Drive the Annual Business Processes to deliver MSBDA strategy creation/refresh/execution/monitoring e.g., strategic hoshin planning, Financial Plan and Portfolio Management, etc.
    • Proactively identify, manage, and execute projects of strategic importance for MSBDA. Projects may be cross-Functional, cross-Geographical and/or cross-Divisional opportunities that require collaboration/coordination across multiple stakeholders. Serve as primary MSBDA representative across divisional our Manufacturing Division teams.
    • Partner with our Manufacturing Division Chief of Staff to support Leadership Meetings, Forums, and Councils. Support Manufacturing Leadership Team and Office of the President to drive Divisional initiatives and process improvements.

    Position Qualifications:

    Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

    • Bachelor of Science in a technical related field.
    • At least 8 years of professional experiences. Preferred 5 or more years in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Tech Ops, New Product Development, or Supply Chain experiences.
    • Experience in both strategy development and tactical execution – taking an ambiguous concept, developing actions, and driving to completion.
    • Demonstrated excellence in project management preferably projects spanning multiple functions.
    • Experience in organizational change management (transformation) and continuous improvement. Overall operational excellence-LEAN skills.
    • Highly independent and able to foresee issues and needs of the MSBDA lead and organization.
    • Effective & efficient partnership, high emotional intelligence and influencing skills internally (within MSBDA) and externally (beyond MSBDA) and across different levels of the organization.
    • Capable of handling sensitive information with a high level of discretion and focus on confidentiality.
    • Business and financial acumen.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop presentation content and speaking points for a wide range of audiences.
    • Capability to make rapid and disciplined decisions and to prioritize multiple assignments.
    • Capability to distill large quantities of complex data into simple messages; and to assess and provide options and recommendation.
    • Effective, efficient, and creative written and verbal communications skills.
    • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills. Demonstrated extraordinary attention to detail and organization skills. Ability to exercise initiative, flexibility, and tact.
    • Digital acumen.

    U.S. Hybrid Work Model

    Expected salary range:

    $149, $235,100.00
