The Service Agent / Maintenance Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and dispatching maintenance service requests to ensure timely and efficient completion of work orders.This role serves as the primary communication hub between guests residents employees and the maintenance team ensuring service excellence operational efficiency.

- 1–3 years of dispatching facilities coordination or administrative experience preferred.
