- Prepare Tax Returns for Individuals, Corporations, Partnerships, Estates, and Trusts
- Preform tax research when required and stay up to date on current laws and regulations
- Preform monthly bookkeeping for business clients
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end Financial Statements for business clients
- Prepare year-end work for business clients on the Accrual, Cash, and Tax basis
- Assist with Compilation, and Preparation Engagements
- Develop Transmittal Letters for Payroll Deposits, Quarterly Payroll Deposits, & Tax Returns for Individuals, Corporations, and Trust
- Process monthly, quarterly, & annually Payroll Deposits & Payroll Returns for selected business clients
- Prepare & File monthly Sales Tax Returns for business clients
- Prepare Ad Valorem Returns/Personal Property Assessments for business clients
- Prepare Contractor License Renewals for business clients
- Print & Assemble paper returns to be filed for Individuals, Corporations, Partnerships, Estates, and Trusts
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (required with no exceptions), Master's is a plus
- 0-2 years of public accounting experience, primarily tax services
- Excellent communications skills, ability to build rapport easily
- Strong Excel skills with ability to learn to new systems
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
