    Job Description Posted Thursday, January 18, 2024 at 5:00 AMPurposeThe Director of Talent Acquisition manages and coordinates organization-wide efforts to ensure corporate strategies and programs are developed to support recruitment needs, drive overall recruiting initiatives and provide leadership for recruitment teams across Ravago Americas.

    Lead and empower teams of recruiters responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring professionals and partners with key stakeholders to understand business and talent priorities and strategize recruiting activities.

    Areas of Responsibility / TasksPerformance must reflect appropriate level of expertise and achievement of the desired results for the items listed below .Business Management Strategy / Cultural AlignmentBenchmarking & recommendations
    • Completes periodic SWOT and benchmark analysis & recommends solutions & strategies to achieve competitive employer advantage in fulfillment of business objectives.
    Participates in due diligence process for potential acquisitions & ensures seamless onboarding & assimilation of new companies.
    Communication ensures appropriate communication protocols & dissemination of information. Systems Utilization
    • Ensures awareness & utilization of available/required systems, tools & protocols, in compliance with local restrictions related to privacy, collection & dissemination of informationDesign and operationalize a strategic recruiting plan that will meet hiring objectives.
    Partner with recruiting leadership to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
    Support the Vice President of Human Resources on budgetary accountability for the overall Talent Selection function.

    General Policy/Procedure Administration, Compliance, & AuditProvides accurate analysis & provides recommendations regarding current & relevant employment laws, regulations, and translation into company policy & procedure.

    Ensures compliance & business unit awareness of internal and external compliance requirements for all related international & local/in-country employment lawsSuccessful Achievement of Talent Acquisition & Employment ResultsExpat / Visa Holders
    • Oversee and ensure compliance with Expat and other visa programsJob Descriptions
    • Review and update all job descriptions relevant to Business Unit.
    Temp Agencies / Staffing Companies
    • Oversee and minimize risk associated with third party, contract labor relationships, selects, negotiates, obtains proof of insurance, and manages contract terms.
    Internships Oversee all internship programs and coordinationCommunicate key insights and talent trends via formal presentations and management reporting.
    Develop and implement recruitment and social media branding campaigns.

    Work with Director of Training and Development to develop training for recruiters, hiring managers, and associated teams on processes, tools and best practices.

    Support initiatives related to new recruiting application platforms.

    Minimum Qualifications/ Education / Experience / CertificationsEducation:
    Bachelor's degree or related training equivalent requiredA minimum of 7-10 years of experience in full life cycle recruitment for a large size, multi-site organizationExperience: Fluent with multiple Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) & capabilities required (Dayforce preferred)

    Familiar with various Web Based Conferencing / Communications applications required (Teams, Zoom preferred)Microsoft suite:
    Outlook, Excel
    • Required (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint preferred)Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated strong and engaging leadership experience in a fast paced environment.

    Proven experience leading and developing a team of recruiters and/or as well as a track record of developing recruiting processes that drive overall team effectivenessKnowledge of emerging issues and trends and their impacts on recruiting and organizational readiness is preferredExecutive presence and proven experience developing and nurturing partnerships within complex organizations.

    Progressive experience developing and managing multispecialty recruitment strategies for complex organizations.
    Experience with Dayforce, HireRight, NitroSign, LinkedIn or other HR and recruiting applications.
