    Description

    Shift Manager

    The Shift Manager role requires providing quality guest service by maintaining a clean and organized store image. Responsibilities include assisting with merchandising, pricing, loss prevention, operating the cash register/Point of Sale (EPOS), and adhering to company policies.

    • Greet every guest and provide a welcoming environment.
    • Maintain awareness of promotions, sale merchandise, and advertisements.

    Principle Responsibilities:

    • Provide outstanding customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere.
    • Main functions involve assisting in monthly promotions execution as well as ensuring adherence to true north procedures for coffee fountain food programs services receipt deliveries from vendors verifying accuracy inventory along authorization price book lead example always adhere company policy address staff compliance issues either directly or manager assist training development both new existing members properly address any guest complaints escalate Store Manager when appropriate directed run reports reconcile sheets complete e-store reporting transport bank deposit overall skills ability maintain accurate shift records communicate effectively other employees guests react calmly emergency situations operate lottery machine accurately count read write processes information goods through EPOS process credit card transactions manage daily tasks teamwork office paperwork report management working flexible schedules including first second occasionally third shifts primarily involves following standards responsibilities employee coaching performance monitoring goal setting developing required knowledge perform duties independently functional classroom leader dedicated continuous professional improvement site facilities business development gross margin profitability growth support increase result passion retail construction event calendar renewals show labor chart mass fast tracking split colo renewal opt rwa cube attractive reward ​
