    Description

    Job Title:

    A Customer Service Associate plays a vital role in addressing customer problems and product concerns with care and efficiency.

    This is an opportunity to leverage your multitasking abilities, communication skills, and attention to detail to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to client inquiries via phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email in a professional and friendly manner
    • Anticipate and proactively address client needs while maintaining calm under stress and with interruption
    • Follow up with clients as necessary and analyze daily reports to inform decision-making
    • Forward escalated calls and emails to relevant teams and departments
    • Ensure timely and effective management of operating software systems and confidentiality of company and customer information

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years of experience in customer service preferred
    • Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office suite
    • Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods of time
