Description

KELLER is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone who is fueled by passion and purpose. With a strong presence in the industry for over a century, we are pioneers in our field.

The primary responsibility of this role involves mastering our processes to cater to our current base of 2,000 business clients. Besides this, you will also be instrumental in cultivating new relationships to expand our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be leading a small team to carry out these tasks effectively.

As you progress in this role, you will evolve into an expert in training and overseeing your team, eventually stepping into the role of Agency Director by honing the required skills using our established systems and processes.

This position offers a competitive weekly pay ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and cater to the existing client base.
Identify new business prospects, particularly in the B2B sector.
Supervise and monitor team activities and outcomes.
Provide training and mentorship to new team members on existing systems.
Submit daily reports on field activities using the Salesforce-based CRM.
Focus daily on the recruitment, training, and leadership development processes.

Licensing Requirements:

Must hold a valid Driver's License and be eligible to work in the U.S.
Clear background check and access to personal transportation are essential.
A 45-day minimum assessment period before progression.
