- Develop, Implement, and Maintain policies and procedures to comply with OSHA, EPA, DEP, Fire Regulations, and Ergonomics.
- File State & Federal compliance reports/forms and maintain relevant recordkeeping.
- Manage chemical controls and ensure compliance with various regulations such as EPA, DEP, EPCRA, SARA, and more.
- Identify and address potential health and safety threats, collaborating with different teams to embed EHS considerations in operations.
- Investigate incidents, conduct audits and inspections, and oversee chemical usage.
- Track and handle general and hazardous waste activities, as well as industrial hygiene surveys.
- Support HR with Worker's Compensation claims and engage with Insurers and Fire Protection personnel.
- B.S. in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, safety discipline, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of EHS regulatory requirements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Proven problem-solving skills and leadership capabilities in a dynamic environment.
