    Job Title: Senior Data Analyst (Hybrid)

    Location: Austin, Texas (3 days in-office per week)

    Position Overview: As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in extracting actionable insights from complex datasets to drive strategic decision-making. This position offers a hybrid work model, with the opportunity to collaborate in-office three days per week. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional SQL skills, a proven track record in data analysis, and the ability to create insightful dashboards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize advanced SQL techniques to extract and manipulate data from large databases.
    • Perform thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
    • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize key metrics and KPIs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
    • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and business objectives.
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field, or related work experience.
    • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or corporate environment.
    • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
    • Demonstrated expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Strong consideration to those with QuickSight experience.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
    • Must be located within great Austin, Texas area.
