Job summary
We are seeking a hands-on customer-facing facing and mission-focused Field Services Engineer to support the deployment and growth of a large US Air Force system.This role is ideal for a hands-on keyboard engineer who thrives in operational environments where real-world missions rely on your work.
If you enjoy direct customer interaction and can translate complex system behavior into actionable deployment steps, troubleshooting paths If you are motivated by improving how users execute cyber operations rather than simply maintaining systems If you enjoy solving problems that emerge in dynamic environments - whether that involves diagnosing connectivity failures understanding permissions and access flows or adapting to new tools coming online
