    The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

    Assisting with the management of the technical aspects of banking computer systems, as well as data, video, and voice communication systems.

    Providing customer service support for PC applications, printers, iSeries systems, Internet applications, etc.
    Performing various communication systems and technology research with support, implementation, and documentation.


    Requirements for the position include:
    Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    Good customer service skills.
    Ability to research and prepare complex technical reports.
    Advanced problem-solving skills (particularly with Windows desktop support).The ability to work late and possible weekends with some occasional travel.

    Preferred qualification for the position includes:
    Experience migrating users across various operating systems and software platform.
    Associate's degree in a computer or business-related field or banking experience.
