As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in desktop, server and network support, allowing the candidate to develop skills in Windows and Linux server administration, helpdesk support, and networking

    What You'll Do Here:

    • Work with Agile coaches team and assist with day-day tactical tasks.
    • Work with Agile coaches to revamp bootcamp sessions held for Product Owners and Engineers, tweak and improve the content and course material.
    • Develop an understanding of the Project Management tools Jira and Confluence, learn and assist with the admin tasks in Jira and confluence.
    • Help agile coaches with setting up retrospective boards in visual collaboration tool - Lucidspark.
    • Create documentation in confluence for recurring tasks executed by the Agile team.
    • Assist the Agile team with conducting training sessions for the new hires.
    • Shadow Agile coach in Agile ceremonies and help with note taking and documenting follow ups/action items coming out of the meeting.
    • Help automate some of the recurring activities done by the Agile team manually.
    • Work along with Agile coaches to clean up admin groups in Atlassian, duplicate user ids, streamline the process to request app installation in Atlassian, etc.
    About You (Qualifications):
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
    • Rising Sophomore to Graduate Students currently enrolled in college or university.
    • Interns must be willing to attend a two-day orientation on Eastern Standard Time.

    The US base salary for this position is $22-$25/hour. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
