This role supports clients through meaningful financial conversations and exceptional service. You'll help guide individuals and families toward the products tools they need while contributing to the daily success of the branch.You'll provide an exceptional sales and service experience while supporting daily branch operations assist with training mentoring and coaching new team members as they build confidence in their roles develop relationships with clients community partners to build a strong consumer lending pipeline participate in outbound calls joint client appointments with the Branch Manager business partners consult with clients understand their needs recommend banking products services digital tools identify opportunities deepen relationships refer clients across Commercial Lending Treasury Management Mortgage Lending Investment Services process financial transactions accurately balance cash drawer currency coin handling communicate proactively educate resolve issues strengthen loyalty hold scheduled walk-in appointments uncover needs provide tailored solutions open new accounts maintain existing accounts resolve account-related issues ensure compliance policies regulations support lending activities answer client questions complete loan applications prepare documentation.
