    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    To provide leadership in the development, implementation and evaluation of the Child Nutrition Program and to provide each school child with food of high nutritious quality and atmosphere of cleanliness, cheerfulness, and personal caring.


    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.

    Must meet federal qualifications for Child Nutrition Program Director certification or agree to obtain requirements as prescribed by Supervision & Administration Experience in nutrition, dietetics, and/or food service desired.

    Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

    This position has the potential to be hired as a supervisor depending on added job duties, responsibilities, experience, and applicant certifications.

    SALARY:
    Salary Schedule adopted by the Lawrence County Board of Education.


    CONTRACT LENGTH:
    12-month
