    Mid-level Collection Operations Manager - CENTCOM Location Florida, Tampa Department BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Employment Duration Full Time Celestar Corporation is seeking aMid-level Collection Operations Manager supporting the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of Intelligence (J2) located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS and the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).

    Responsibilities:

    • The Contractor shall research, support development of and prepare intelligence assessments in formats approved by DIA/CENTCOM, meet, or exceed DIA/CENTCOM quality and tradecraft standards, and provide products within mutually agreed upon timelines
    • Provides input to collection management, assessing current collection, advise tasking of collection platforms and assets
    Identify collection gaps, trends and opportunities; test assumptions, and recommends refined collection


    • Supports development of collection strategies that leverage multiple disciplines to fulfill intelligence gaps
    • Reviews and evaluates collection and evaluate sources
    • Assesses information and provide recommendations and analysis regarding the accuracy, completeness and analytic fidelity of all- source intelligence
    • Collects, reviews, and analyzes intelligence to determine if adequate information flow exists and identify potential gaps
    • Recommends solutions to determine effective and efficient strategies

    Required Experience:
    Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years

    Desired Education :

    Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.

    S
    Department of Education; or have an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 12 years, as a substitute to the Bachelor's degree
