    As a Community Manager, you will:Plan and direct day-to-day activities of the property, overseeing maintenance staff and vendors.
    Market and lease available apartments in compliance with fair housing laws.
    Provide high-level customer service, connecting with residents.
    Collect and deposit rent, late fees, and deposits using Onesite software.
    Screen and qualify prospective residents, maintaining a working waitlist.
    Prepare vacant units for rental, including renovation oversight.
    Manage property expenditures in accordance with the budget.
    Respond to resident requests or complaints in a timely and courteous manner.


    Qualifications:

    We are seeking candidates with:A minimum of two years of multi-family property management experience and one year of management experience.

    Proven track record for successful leasing and renewal rates.
    LIHTC experience preferred.
    Strong Microsoft Office and property management software skills, with OneSite experience preferred.
    Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
    Ability to empathize with residents and staff while enforcing community rules and policies.
    Strong communication ability, both verbally and in writing.
