    We are a local, pfämily-owned and operated restaurant in Bend's West Side. Fratelli's is a hand made Neapolitan pizza shop on Galveston.

    We honor and value our extraordinary team and all the hard work that they do. We are looking for enthusiastic self-starters, seasoned professionals and those developing new talents (we teach), to excel in one of our fast-paced kitchens, while finding a balance between a sense of urgency, attention to detail and a commitment to quality.     At Fratelli's we are focused on the craft of Neapolitan style pizza. We mix and stretch dough by hand, and offer a unique experience by creating and sourcing extraordinary products from local sources. We also have a delivery vehicle, and are looking for people who want to drive to increase the tips for the night.

    Qualifications / Experience Required for Line/Pizza Cooks:


    • A willingness to problem solve, learn new skills and grow with input from our Executive Chef


    • An eagerness to work in a positive, collaborative and customer engaged environment


    • High level communications skills and a healthy respect for the diversity of others


    • A commitment to the highest standards of health code, cleanliness, and safety


    • Solid previous kitchen experience is a plus


    • Solid knife skills, and solid experience with use and care of commercial kitchen equipment is a plus


    • ServSafe Food Manager Training & Certification is a plus.


    • Experience with opening a restaurant is a plus.


    • Experience with sausage making is a plus.

    General Responsibilities for Line Cooks:


    • Scheduled scratch kitchen food prep to meet the needs of estimated par levels


    • Station prep, working stations, and working hot/cold lines


    • Compliance with workspace mapping & portion control


    • Daily inventory / par checks for food & supply


    • Support with precision & consistent execution (according to recipes)


    • Deep cleaning, daily care and upkeep of commercial kitchen equipment

    Physical Requirements:


    • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours), with breaks.


    • Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 lbs and occasionally lift/move 50 lbs.


    • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.

    Applicants must be available to work together to cover mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays (except Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day).
