The Supervisor will lead the performance management cycle for direct care staff while ensuring consistent implementation of youth treatment plans and TBRI across all shifts.The position should be on the floor observing, modeling, and coaching for least 75% of their shift.

- Supervise, support and coach Youth Care Specialists and Leads during assignment shifts.
- Schedule and ensure adequate staffing.
- Provide on-the-spot coaching.
