    Job Description

    Health Center Manager RN

    We are seeking a full-time Health Center Manager RN to join our team in Mt. Vernon, IN.

    Essential Functions:

    • Oversees the overall management of a medium-size health center.
    • Provides patient care and technical expertise as needed.
    • Manages technical Team Leaders and monitors daily operational processes.
    • Compiles input for performance appraisals.
    • Manages staff, including RNs, administrative, and technical staff.
    • Responsible for interviewing, training, and onboarding new colleagues.
    • Manages daily operations, workflow, work schedules, and timecard monitoring.
    • Identifies process improvement opportunities and presents resolutions.
    • Understands and complies with regulatory requirements.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
    • Current license as a LPN/LVN, RN, or NP/PA in practicing state.
    • Certification in Occupational Health (COHN/COHN-S) may be required.
    • Minimum 3+ years' experience in the medical field.
    • 2-3 years' management experience.
