    Come grow with us General Purpose and Scope of Position:
    The R&D Lab Coordinator/Admin Assistant is a key member of on-site lab operations for the Research & Development Team. The position is responsible for organizing and supporting daily front office operations along with completing various R&D tasks.

    Through example, this individual will foster an atmosphere within the Research & Development team to achieve "excellence in the delivered product." They will help ensure that the performance of the department meets objectives in strategic plans to maximize value and success.

    A strong focus on customer service with computer software skills and a positive attitude is a must.


    Key Skills and Abilities Include:
    3 years of Administrative Assistance experience A high level of professionalism and customer service with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain a positive and professional working relationship with colleagues and management with a commitment to teamworkProficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and the ability to learn other programs as necessaryStrong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyDetail-oriented and self-motivated with strong oral and written communication skills

    Key Deliverables Include:

    Provide assistance and support to internal R&D staff and cross-functional teams such as Field Development and other internal team members, as well as on-site visitorsGreet external and internal visitors and staff serve as primary contact for incoming office phone calls and provide backup for calls routed to the main desk from direct dial callersCollect, sort, and distribute daily incoming mail and shipmentsAssist lab with the set-up of sample shipments which may include, measurement of small quantities into sample bottles, packing into boxes to prepare for shipment, with the appropriate paperwork, and setting up for pickup with UPS/FedExWork directly with accounting to manage, scan, and email all invoices for the R&D TeamManage and schedule all internal meetings held at the location, and assist in scheduling external meetings, as neededSupport overall office needs including ensuring the appropriate number of supplies, keeping supply room, storage, conference rooms, kitchen, and other common areas neatServe as office liaison for building management, outside vendors, and cleaning professionalOther duties as assigned by the manager Compensation and Benefits: In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $20.87- $27.86 per hour.
