    Primary Purpose of this Position:


    The Director of Diversity & Strategic Talent Initiatives will be a key leader in shaping and driving our Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) strategy.

    This role is responsible for setting the direction of our D&I efforts, including the development of our annual D&I report to the Board of Directors, managing our Business Resource Groups, and leading strategic talent initiatives strategy to infuse diverse talent at all levels.

    This position will work closely with HR Enablement to execute these plans and is directly responsible for the strategic pipeline initiative design and development, including high-potential experiences, mentorships, early career initiatives, apprenticeships, second career opportunities, and military transitions, etc.

    What will you be responsible for? Develop and implement a comprehensive D&I strategy that aligns with the company's values and business objectives.

    Lead the creation and presentation of the annual Diversity & Inclusion report to the Board of Directors, highlighting progress, challenges, and future goals.

    Manage and expand Business Resource Groups, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to contribute positively to our D&I objectives.

    Oversee the talent acquisition strategy focused on diversifying our workforce at all levels, in partnership with HR Enablement.

    Design and develop strategic pipeline initiatives, including university recruitment, internships, early career programs, apprenticeships, second career opportunities, and military transition programs.

    Serve as a thought leader and advisor on D&I best practices, trends, and innovations. Foster partnerships with external organizations to support D&I initiatives and enhance the company's reputation in the market. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the company to integrate D&I principles into all aspects of the business.

    What are we looking for? Minimum of a High School Diploma with a preference towards Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources Minimum of 7 years' experience doing Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, Talent, or Human Resources Strong leadership skill including, strategic thinking and visioning; leadership and influence; communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and reporting skillsDemonstrated ability in project management and execution at a high level Compensation & Benefits:
    This role can be based remotely; however, regular travel to Denver, CO may be required


    Hiring Salary Range:
    $142,400 - $242,400 USD. Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan, with a EVAIC Target of 25%. The long term incentive target of 20% in consideration of role and aligned market.
