    Role Summary

    We are seeking a mission driven Product Manager to lead high impact initiatives across our patient affordability and access platform. This role will own product strategy and execution for core workflow automation, integrations, and intelligence features that power both internal advocate tools and external partner experiences.

    You will operate at the intersection of healthcare operations, technology, and business. This is a high ownership role in a fast growing environment where product decisions directly influence patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and partner success.

    You will work closely with engineering, design, clinical stakeholders, data teams, and business leaders to define strategy, translate complex healthcare requirements into clear product plans, and deliver measurable impact.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and patient impact
    • Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and validation through launch, iteration, and optimization
    • Drive measurable improvements in workflow automation, case throughput, medication access timelines, and user adoption
    • Translate clinical, operational, regulatory, and commercial requirements into clear specifications and actionable engineering plans
    • Partner closely with engineering on API driven systems, integrations, and data intensive features
    • Engage health system, pharmacy, and pharmaceutical stakeholders to gather insights, validate solutions, and support enterprise partnerships
    • Ensure product decisions align with HIPAA requirements, enterprise security standards, and healthcare interoperability considerations
    • Track product performance using data and user feedback, and continuously optimize for impact and scalability
    • Operate at both strategic and tactical levels, from defining long term vision to writing detailed requirements and validating releases

    Required Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with demonstrated ownership and measurable impact on product adoption or operational outcomes
    • Direct experience working with a health system, pharmaceutical company, pharmacy organization, or healthcare technology vendor
    • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical environments, or benefit and reimbursement processes
    • Comfort working with API driven systems, integrations, and data centric products
    • Proven ability to translate complex regulatory, clinical, and business requirements into clear, actionable product plans
    • Experience operating in agile development environments
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
    • Experience working cross functionally with engineering, design, implementation, customer success, and sales teams

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Startup or scale-up experience.
    • Experience in digital health, health data platforms, clinical decision support, or life sciences technology
    • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
    • Understanding of regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, FDA, etc.)
    • Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment
