If you are looking to build a strong career, we have an opportunity for you We are searching for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

    Your Role:

    The Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the Business Unit finance team and will support a variety of financial activities such as planning, analysis, and reporting for the Presto Business Unit. This includes reporting of financial results, forecasts, annual planning process, variance analysis, data consolidation, and special projects. This is a great opportunity for an early finance professional to develop their professional skills necessary for growth in one of the world's most well-known and respected consumer products companies.     You will have the opportunity to:

    • Support actual, forecast, and annual plan reporting.
    • SG&A forecasting, analysis, and presentation to the leadership team.
    • Coordinate forecast inputs and work with management to validate accuracy and reasonableness of data.
    • Communicate critical financial information from the Business Unit to the broader organization, working closely with corporate finance teams.
    • Support BU initiatives, including Customer Profitability analysis, segment reporting, and process improvements.
    • Partner with the sales and marketing teams to provide financial information on new product development and additional distribution opportunities.
    • KPI monitoring, reporting, and analysis.
    • Support special projects and ad hoc reporting as required.

    We need you to have:

    • BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
    • 3-5 years of related professional Accounting or Finance experience.
    • Proficient in MS Office, with high proficiency in Excel.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customers.
    • Strong analytical skills as well as organizational skills with high attention to detail.
    • Ability to effectively communicate technical information verbally as well as in written formats.
    • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically and systematically.

    Icing on the cake:

    • MBA and/or Professional certification (CPA/CFA) + relevant experience.
    • CPG and SAP experience.
