    Responsibilities :
    looking for someone with a strong background in Site Reliability Engineering, Python, Disaster Recovery, and Agile methodologies. Additionally, you prefer candidates who have experience with AWS, Dynatrace, and Splunk.

    These preferred skills could enhance their ability to work effectively in your environment, perhaps by leveraging specific tools or platforms commonly used in your organization.

    Resource will work on minor projects and overall feature and enhancement work connected to overall observability and monitoring of the Prime platform
    Support Prime developers through CI/CD pipelines and various automation capabilities.
    Follow standard SRE practices of Observability, Platform, and Developer
    Support teams involved with Ground to Cloud AWS migration for the Prime platform.
    Participate in on-call rotation including off-hours and holidays.
    Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:
    Participate in on-call rotations
    Accept and close out stories in both a Sprint as well as Kanban board within a timely fashion
    Participate in mandatory team meetings including staff and code reviews/tech talks.
    Be present at all times in their job

    Obtaining necessary access and software
    Registering for key training (e.g. Splunk, Dynatrace)
