    Overview:
    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Dialysis department.

    As a Registered Nurse - Dialysis, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.

    This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with kidney disease.


    Duties:

    • Administer dialysis treatment to patients according to prescribed protocols
    • Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their overall condition during dialysis sessions
    • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
    • Educate patients and their families on kidney disease, dialysis procedures, and selfcare techniques
    • Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
    • Ensure infection control measures are followed to maintain a safe and clean environment
    • Collect and process specimens for laboratory testing as required

    Experience:

    • Valid Registered Nurse license in [state]
    • Previous experience in dialysis or related field is preferred but not required
    • Strong knowledge of medical documentation systems and procedures
    • Familiarity with infection control practices in a healthcare setting
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
