- 5+ Years Welding Experience - Must have a working knowledge related to the welding processes being supervised (GTAW, FCAW, SMAW, SAW, GMAW-P, GMAW).
- Excellent Blueprint Comprehension Skills
- 3+ Years Leadership/Supervisory Experience

Job DescriptionWeld Foreman: Responsible for the planning/coordination of the manufacturing activities in the fabrication shop. This includes supervision, training to meet required quality, budgeting, and production standards in the department/shift.
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000+ (Negotiable Depending on Experience, OT after 45 hours)
1st Shift: 3:00PM - 12:30AM - Monday-Friday
