    Our client is a leading player in the HVAC manufacturing industryWhat You Will Be DoingResponsible for implementing the Oracle HCM suite of solutions, collaborating with various teams on business requirements, testing, documentation, and training.

    Partners with HR and IT teams to apply industry best practices, advises on system capabilities, and translates HR business requirements into technology solutions.

    Develops technical solutions aligned with business objectives and explores options for fulfilling requirements.
    Recommends process improvements, innovative solutions, and policy changes.
    Identifies opportunities for new features or enhancements, working with end-users to implement changes.
    Collaborates with core business SMEs and technology teams, reviewing requirements and developing initial designs for configurations.
    Configures prototypes upon approval and works with the Integration team to define integration fields within Oracle HCM as needed.
    What You Will NeedMinimum of 5 years of experience in designing and configuring Oracle HCM, including Core HR, ORC, ONB, Compensation Management, and OICDemonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders and understand the cross-functional impact of HCM Oracle modules, especially Core HR and ORCStrong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, teamwork, problem-solving, influencing, negotiating, organizational awareness, sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and client managementEffective at communicating highly technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong technical leadership skills, including planning, follow-up, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates to the Project ManagerDeep knowledge of Cloud HCM Conversions, integrations (HCM Extracts & BIP), Reporting (OTBI & BIP), Oracle PL/SQL, Fast Formula, AME setup creation, and PersonalizationExpertise in Cloud HCM Modules (Core HR, ORC, ONB, Compensation Management, OIC) functional and technical aspects, with end-to-end implementation experienceNice to HaveExperience in the construction industry is strongly preferredAdditional expertise in Compensation, Reports and Analytics, and Fast Formulas within Oracle HCM Cloud is desirableOracle certification in Core HR, Recruiting Cloud, Compensation Cloud, Digital Assistant, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is preferredRelevant experience in HCM Applications, including involvement in three end-to-end implementation projects, is requiredWhy UsBenefits and Perks:
