    Finance Manager, Divisional FP&A *Remote

    Providence is calling a Finance Manager who will:

    Support the organization's South Division FP&A team, which provides guidance to a network of Hospitals, Medical Groups, and Risk Based Entitles across Northern and Southern CA.

    Serve as liaison between corporate FP&A and local finance teams, communicating assignments, deadlines, and key updates
    Promote a standardized "best practice" approach for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
    Partner with Enterprise Subject Matter Experts to understand and communicate insights on key revenue and expense categories
    Consolidate and summarize actual and projected divisional financial performance and key business drivers
    Collaborate with divisional leadership on operational KPIs and improvement plans
    Serve as a resource for local finance teams to assist with projects and ad-hoc analytics
    Utilize financial reporting tools (Essbase, HFM) and Excel based models to assist in analytics
    We welcome 100% Remote work for residents who reside in one of the following States:

    Required qualifications for this position include:
    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field

    • OR
    a combination of equivalent education and experience
    5+ years of finance experience

    Preferred qualifications for this position include:
    Certified Public Accountant, HFMA or FACHE certifications

    The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
