Job Summary
The Student Nurse Technician provides care and procedures to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). Performs tasks delegated by an RN including collecting data vital signs intake output blood glucose monitoring patient ambulation positioning turning transportation of patients within the facility placing and retrieving meal trays personal hygiene elimination socialization activities activities daily living reinforcement health teaching planned provided by the RN.Responsibilities
- Performs tasks which are most commonly delegated by an RN may include non-invasive and non-sterile treatments collecting reporting documenting data patient ambulation positioning turning transportation of patients within the facility placing and retrieving meal trays personal hygiene elimination socialization activities activities daily living reinforcement health teaching planned provided by the RN.
