Position:

Senior Sales Operations Analyst - Bodewell (Remote)

Location:

USA, Louisville, KY

What You'll Do:

Establish and improve standard operating procedures for Bodewell Partnerships
Support Area Sales Managers in onboarding Bodewell Partners for success
Collaborate with different business channels to develop processes for program execution
Ensure project requirements are met and benefits are delivered
Facilitate communication between business teams for smooth project handoff
Manage partner database and provide regular updates on project status
Utilize AI to enhance operational efficiency
Develop and maintain relationships to drive initiatives within Bodewell
Work with Project Managers to implement data-driven processes for program enhancement
Analyze project outcomes and compare with initial estimates for future decisions
Handle partner onboarding, account setup, and systems integration
Provide analysis, processes, and solutions to drive partnership success

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including field sales experience
Strong background in data analytics
Effective communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to travel as needed

Desired Qualifications:

5+ years of sales, financial, or project management experience
Experience in durable goods industry
Proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
Ability to work across teams and provide creative solutions
Skilled in building and maintaining relationships
