- Create and send weekly reports to department groups.
- Organize, review and update running lists of active and non-active equipment assets.
- Receive, process, and enter job related fleet/equipment requests.
- Understand a variety of the field operations concepts, practices, and work procedures.
- Manage the assignment, sourcing, and logistics of organization's vehicles and equipment.
- Ensure data system are updated timely and accurately.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions, processes, and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to create, format, and maintain spreadsheets, including formulas.
- Ability to travel if needed.
