    We are seeking a Japanese Bilingual Recruiter to join our team You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.

    Title: Japanese Bilingual Recruiter
    Industry: Service/HR
    Location: Los Angeles, CA / Downtown Los Angeles Area (100% Remote or Hybrid)
    Language: Japanese / English Bilingual
    Salary: $45-70k (DOE) + Commission
    Hiring Style: Direct Hiring / Full Time + Full Benefits

    Responsibilities:

    • Actively search for new recruiting opportunities and make suggestions to the team
    • Screen qualified candidates by understanding Clients' needs for hiring
    • Post available positions on the Internet to increase the available candidate pool
    • Placement coordination (presenting candidates, coordinate interviews, conducting reference and background checks, and other necessary communication with clients and candidates)
    • Any support duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Japanese English bilingual fluency (speak, read and write)
    • Work experience in Japan or working in Japanese company is a big plus
    • 3-5 yrs Recruiting/HR experiences is a big plus
    • Customer interaction skill
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
    • Strong organizational skills
