    Description
    McClintock Animal Care Center is now interviewing customer service-oriented people to join us in Tempe as a Veterinary Receptionist.

    Work in a progressive and well-equipped practice with in-hospital laboratory, digital radiology, ultrasound as well as computers throughout the building.

    We are a 5 doctor small animal hospital with a team-oriented work environment, providing excellent customer service and instructive client education.

    Our full-service animal hospital with an emphasis on client care and education and providing the best service and care to our clients and their pets.

    The ideal candidate will have Veterinary Industry experience, excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, willing to learn, reliable, with a great sense of humor.

    Training will be provided.

    The receptionist's duties include greeting all clients, addressing the client's concerns and patient's needs, managing electronic medical records, correspondence including calls, texts and emails, and hospital maintenance.

    Experience with Cornerstone software is a plus. Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs. and to work on Saturdays.

    This is a full-time position with a 4 1⁄2 day week. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, continuing education allowance, and 401k plan with matching. Salary based on experience.
