    HR Coordinator

    Overview:

    Baton Rouge, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our client's team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's HR department by posting job openings, analyzing client handbooks, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can prioritize tasks effectively, and seamlessly transitions between various responsibilities.     Essential Duties:

    • Post job openings on various platforms and manage the recruitment process
    • Analyze client handbooks and provide recommendations for improvements
    • Assist with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data entry and maintenance
    • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
    • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards in handling sensitive HR information
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives are effectively implemented

    Requirements/Skills:

    • 2+ years of HR-related experience preferred
    • Experience with HRIS software, preferably iSolved; familiarity with other HRIS platforms will be considered
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication skills with a professional phone voice and email etiquette
    • Customer service-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist where needed
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer and phone system
    • Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds for file organization and office supplies
    • Mobility within the office environment to collaborate with team members and access files and equipment
    • Visual acuity to review documents and use computer screens effectively
    • Manual dexterity for typing and handling paperwork
    • Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed for special projects or events
