$311,496 - $336,900 Time-Limited Board Certified
$295,884 - $320,028 Lifetime Board Certified
$280,344 - $303,216 Pre-Board Certified
$358,224 - $387,432 Time-Limited Board Certified
$340,272 - $368,028 Lifetime Board Certified
$322,392 - $348,696 Pre-Board Certified

*Doctors at select locations receive additional 15% pay

*Depending on Experience - be sure to discuss Hire Above Minimum (HAM) options with your Hiring Analyst*

Work Locations: Wide Variety of Geographic Settings including the Northern California Coast, San Francisco Bay Area, California Capitol, and Southern California

About the Position:

Within a structured, multidisciplinary team, provide primary care that may include treatment related to:

Routine Preventative Care
Chronic disease management and education
Public Health
Addiction Medicine
HIV/HCV Care

Here, physicians have access to the tools needed for successful delivery of care, including:

Expansive Drug Formulary
Comprehensive Care Guides
Referrals to Specialty Care and Services
Strong Nursing Teams
Expansive Allied Health Services

But, most important are what CCHCS physicians don't have:

Insurance, Worker's Comp, and Disability paperwork
Unrealistic patient volume - most primary care physicians see fewer patients per day than their private sector/HMO colleagues and are able to take the time they need for appointments
Missed time with friends and family - with a 40-hour workweek, CCHCS physicians are able to care for patients and themselves

Minimum Qualifications

CA Medical License
IM/FP Certification
