    Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Treasury Governance Manager for a Contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Jose, CA.

    Responsibilities :

    • Develop a comprehensive and well-documented governance framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, robust internal controls, and industry best practices.
    • Partner internally to conduct periodic reviews of existing policies, charters, responsibility matrices, and business processes, to ensure ongoing compliance.
    • Help drive development and continued progress of corporate governance practices and processes across Finance and our global subsidiaries, including international expansion and governance compliance matters.
    • ssist with treasury matters, including debt offerings and other cash management and FX hedging activities.
    • ssist with SOX reviews and testing as required.
    • Proactively identify risks or deficiencies in all assigned areas; work with business leaders to mitigate these risks before they become issues.
    • Contribute governance expertise in ad-hoc projects (M&A) Influence partners and coach others to adopt new processes, inspiring change across the organization.
    Required Skills :
    • Minimum 5-7 years of recent corporate finance governance experience Preferred skills and experience:
    • Data Governance tools (Collibra)
    • Data Visualization tools (PowerBI)
    • Intermediate+ Excel skills
    • Self-starter, strong sense of judgment, attention to detail, resourceful, and ability to prioritize multiple projects within a fast-paced environment that experiences changing objectives.
    • Understanding of corporate treasury (e.g., global cash management, payments, bank relationships, investments, debt, corporate finance, and foreign exchange), Passion for problem solving and ability to think through problems creatively and systematically, to prioritize them, and to identify and evaluate alternative solutions.
    • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, CPA preferred.
