    Description
    Full-Time and Part-Time Available, Pay Based on Experience, Sign-on Bonus

    Our client is a treatment and recovery center, and they want you to join their team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)


    Your day-to-day as an LPN:
    Administer medications and treatments, document patient conditions, and perform routine procedures
    Respond promptly to emergencies and facilitate hospital transfers
    Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, referrals, and counseling
    Report medical issues to senior staff for progress notes and treatment plan adjustments
    Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations


    Your skills and experience:
    New York State Licensed Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse/CPR certification is required
    Knowledge of the requirements of the NYS Education Department relevant to Licensed Practical or Registered Nursing
    Understanding of modern principles and practices of alcohol and chemical dependency programs and treatment services
    Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
