Job summary

The Plant Supervisor is responsible for promoting safety, organizing and planning production, managing employee relations, monitoring processes and materials, maintaining compliance and inspecting equipment. The role requires previous experience in supervising production employees and strong leadership skills.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of rock and sand mining operations and MSHA regulations. They must also be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities include prioritizing safety for themselves and others; ensuring compliance with Vulcan policies; recruiting new employees; providing merit increases; disciplining actions; evaluating performance;
