Job summary
We are seeking a Showroom Manager who leads from the sales floor—someone who enjoys working directly with customers, coaching others to sell well, and taking pride in turning strong traffic into strong results.This role is designed for a seller-leader, not a back-office administrator.

- Coach, mentor, and motivate sales associates to improve close rates and average tickets
