- Perform and support cell-based reporter screening assays and in vitro biochemical assays, including but not limited to ELISA, MSD and flow cytometry-based assays.
- Collect, analyze, summarize, and communicate experimental data to project teams in a timely manner
- Maintain cell lines and routine laboratory operations related to assigned projects
- Manage reagent and sample inventories and maintain accurate records and databases
- Ensure laboratory equipment, reagents, and procedures are maintained according to established SOPs and industry standards
- Assist in writing and updating technical documentation, including assay protocols and data reports
- Follow established SOPs and contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory workflows
- B.S. or M.S. in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or a related scientific field
- 3 years of relevant industry laboratory experience with a B.S. or 1 year with an M.S.
- Hands-on experience with the following techniques:
- Cell-based assays and routine cell culture
- MSD, ELISA and flow cytometry
- Proficiency with data analysis and documentation tools such as GraphPad Prism, flow cytometry software, and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, documentation, and time management skills
- Ability to follow SOPs precisely and adapt quickly to new procedures and project needs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
