Job Purpose: Provide support to the sync team. Maintains sync databases, services clients, and songwriter accounts.

What You'll Do:

Be responsible for supporting the VP of Sync on a variety of sync projects including:

• Uploading, updating, and maintaining sync databases (Tempo, PITCH, etc.)
• Maintaining updated various project charts & reports including the status of approvals, the status of uses, market share, charts created for the purpose of analyses as requested by the VP of Sync
• Helping track and seeking sync quote approvals as well as providing split information and quote approvals to clients once terms and fees have been negotiated and reviewed by the VP of Sync
• Generating and maintaining marketing material needed by the sync team including but not limited to One Sheets, blurbs, social media stats, etc.
• Populating playlists for pitching to clients as requested by VP of Sync
• Directing inquiries and determining the proper course of action

• Bilingual: English and Spanish, spoken and written fluency
