Hourly Per Diem Rate:
$22 - $25

Qualifications:
At least 1 year experience as an HHA or C N A.
Reading and writing proficiency in English required
Mandatory criminal background check
Preferably CPR certification
Driver record check, reliable transportation, and liability insurance are mandatory.

Qualifications meeting one of the following criteria:
Completion of a home health aide training program and certification
Completion of a nurse aide training program meeting state requirements


Responsibilities:
HHA tasks assigned and supervised by RN.
Duties include ADLs, personal hygiene, meal prep, ambulation.
Assist with treatments and therapy.
Promote independence, mental alertness, emotional well-being.
Establish trust, report changes in patient status promptly.
Attend required in-services, confirm visit schedules weekly.
Other duties as assigned.
