Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in the state of IL.
• Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues.
• A desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet the needs of patients.
• The ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans.
• Access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job-related functions; regular HIPAA training will be required.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, having these qualifications can make you a strong candidate:

• At least 1 year of clinical experience.
• Invisalign Certification.
• Molar Endo Experience.

Physical Requirements
