- Support of our clients user base, this will come in but not limited to Telephone, E-mail, and/or Ticketing System
- Performs complex problem solving and assistance on diverse software applications and hardware systems for department users and our clients community
- Collaborating with other groups within the IT department
- Assist in monitoring managed service board
- Participate in on-call rotation
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
- Microsoft Active Directory (AD) on-prem, and Azure environments
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
- Work both in a team environment and be a self-starter
