Overview and Responsibilities The PTP Associate for the disbursement team is a very important role in our PTP organization. In this role, you will process payments for our production and non-production vendors in Oracle and SAP, while assisting the suppliers and business with inquiries through our internal customer service tool, RampUp (part of Service Now). You will report directly into our PTP Director and be a part of a global team located in the US, Hungary, Israel, Buenos Aires, Chile and Australia.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Process disbursements for all divisions in SAP and Oracle
• Monitors/handles customer service inquiries in Rampup (ServiceNow module)
• Issue manual IT2 wire payments
• Manage the payment approval process, where required by country
• Process and resolve returned checks, ACH, and wire payments
• Tracking of rejected payments to ensure timely reissuance of payment
• Issue and reconcile wire transfers into bank portals
• Ensure accuracy/efficiency with disbursements
• Works closely with the Treasury and finance departments
• Works closely with all other PTP teams in all locations
• Assists with identifying process improvements
• Communication of issues to management

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or comparable experience) in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable or Customer Service Experience
• Experienced in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
