    Job Description
    As a recruiting coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process from beginning to end.

    • Working with Recruiters to organize video interviews for candidates and internal employees via Outlook and Greenhouse applicant tracking system
    • Collaborating and assisting with University Recruiting efforts as needed
    • Managing candidate pipeline using the Greenhouse applicant tracking system, Trello and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
    • Assisting with the pre-employment process for new hires, including but not limited to maintaining pre-employment screenings, and partnering with Recruiting Operations and HR Operations on hiring into the HRIS, Workday.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Experience scheduling interviews/meetings using Microsoft Outlook and ability to navigate business systems (Greenhouse and Workday preferred but not required)
    • Strong organizational skills, including time management, attention to detail and multi-tasking, especially in fast-paced, high-volume work
    • Ability to problem solve and think critically when faced with a roadblock
    • At least 6+ months of coordination experience in an office environment Greenhouse and Workday preferred but not required null
