Description

Are an experienced Physical Therapist in acute care and looking for a new expereince at a nationally recognized hospital? If so, Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist for their Morristown Medical Center location to work various shifts including 1 weekend per month.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Evaluation of patients, establish goals

Frequency and plan of care

Provide interventions

Supervise PTA's and co-sign their notes

Provide patient and caregiver education

Document all patient contact

Bill appropriately

Minimum Education:
Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program, required

Minimum Experience:
Acute care experience in a large teaching facility preferred.

EPIC experience in a live environment preferred, as well as current internal applicants and/or former students

License/Certification:
Valid New Jersey License to practice PT, required

BLS, strongly preferred
