- Conduct comprehensive assessments and examinations of patients with vasculitic disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and guidelines.
- Order and interpret relevant diagnostic tests, including laboratory tests, imaging studies, and vascular assessments.
- Prescribe and manage medications specific to vasculitis treatment.
- Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and outcomes in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Participate in academic activities, such as teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, and contributing to research projects and clinical trials.
- Participate in quality improvement activities.
- Stay abreast of advancements in vasculitis research, treatment modalities, and guidelines.
- Perform and/or participate in any administrative duties which may be ancillary to the providing of clinical care, as necessary to perform professional functions.
- Comply with all applicable laws and canons of professional ethics.
- Maintain a practice of medicine consistent with recognized standards of medical care and perform all activities in accordance with those standards.
- Any other duties as assigned.
