- Interviews prospective students and conduct information sessions
- Responds to inquiries from prospective students and parents and implement student outreach initiatives
- Mentors students from the application process through enrollment
- Manages and updates prospective student database, application paperwork, and follow-up documentation
- Supports student retention initiatives by providing regular, accurate, and timely communication for feedback
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years experience consultative sales or customer service using interpersonal skills and ethical approach
- Experience working with individuals representing multiple stages of life and divers backgrounds/experiences
- Enthusiasm and passion for education, fitness, learning and empowering others to succeed
- Ability to work creatively and efficiently independently and part of a team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate professionally
- Experience in a fitness or health and wellness industry
- Experience as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, or Indoor Cycle.
- Experience with HubSpot
- Experience in higher education admissions
