Come be a part of a team that promotes a philosophy of a "Life in Balance".The Director of Nursing will provide nursing management, set resident care standards for all direct care providers and provide complete supervision and management for the nursing department.

What will I do in this role?Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to)Maintains a positive attitude and positivity within the nursing department as well as interdisciplinary approachNotifies DOH and updates HERD per regulationsMaintains line listing and works collaboratively with DON regarding infection patternsKnowledgeable of Policies and Procedures of the homeCommunicates with Senior Nurses (Supervisors & RCC) regarding Infection ControlAttends QUAPI meetingsKnowledgeable of Nursing BudgetAssists on the units when necessary

• Works as a Team Leader or Supervisor as neededInteracts with residents, families, co workers, managers and other departmental staff in a kind, knowledgeable and friendly manner.

Regulatory Requirements:
